Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day return policy on all artworks.
To return an artwork:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Please pack the artwork carefully and ship it back to us.
- Once we receive the artwork, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Artworks must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
This means that the artwork must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the artwork is not in the same condition in which it was received, we may not be able to issue a refund.
We do not accept returns on artwork that has been damaged or altered.
If the artwork is damaged or altered, we may be able to offer you a store credit for the value of the artwork.
We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns.
The customer is responsible for shipping the artwork back to us.
